My Organization has a website, can I use Conrogo for my event?
YES! After creating your event in Conrogo, your event will be assigned a unique link that you may share on your site, social channels, or wherever you choose.
Does Conrogo store my payment information?
No! Your payment information is only used once to process the initial transaction. We care about your privacy and security!
How do I contact the event organizer?
You can find your organizer’s contact info on the event page
Where can I find my tickets?
Your ticket will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase. You can also find your tickets under My Tickets in your dashboard.
Can I request scheduled payouts for my events?
The standard payment terms are 2 business days after the conclusion of the event by default. Payment will be made via check sent to the Organization address, payable to the person or organization indicated in the organization profile. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please call us to discuss.
Where can I find the guest list for my event?
You can find the guest list by clicking on the report icon next to the event under My Events.
I accidentally deleted the email with the tickets. What should I do?
You can always find your tickets under My Tickets in your dashboard. If you do not have a Conrogo account setup, you can easily create one using the email address you used for the original ticket purchase. Your tickets will then be available under My Tickets in your dashboard as described above.
Can I get a refund for the tickets I bought?
All ticket sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS are available from CONROGO. If you are unable to use your tickets due to extenuating circumstances, you may contact the event organizer directly to discuss your situation to see if they can help with your request.
