Armenian Traditional Dance Classes - Շուրջպար [Ages 16 to 30]

Interested in learning Armenian traditional dances? Well you have come to the right place! You will learn various Շուրջպար dances taught by Albert Vartanians, along with information about their history, meaning, and purpose of the dances. Classes will be on Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:00 pm starting September 12 and ending on October 17 (Dates of all classes: September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17). $40 will cover all 6 dance sessions. It is important to not miss any of the dance sessions. No experience is required to join dance sessions. THIS CLASS IS ONLY FOR PARTICIPANTS AGES 16 TO 30. There are other dance classes for ages 10 to 15, and another for ages 30 and up. Please contact us for more details. This is a great opportunity for anyone who plans to visit Armenia, joining summer camps, or any cultural actives. Once you learn the dances, you will remember them anywhere you go and even teach it to other. These dances are very common in Armenia.
